Konaklamanıza ilişkin misafir verilerinin veri sorumlusu, konakladığınız oteldir. APPOSIA TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. bu verileri yalnızca otel adına veri işleyen sıfatıyla barındırır. Bu nedenle talebinizi ilgili otele iletir ve otelin talimatı doğrultusunda işlem yaparız. Dilerseniz doğrudan otelle de iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
Mevzuat gereği aşağıdaki kayıtlar, saklama süreleri dolana kadar silinemez:

Roomnix aboneliğinizi ve otel hesabınızı kapatmak istiyorsanız, hesap yöneticisi olarak support@roomnix.com adresine yazın. Hesap kapatıldıktan sonra veriler, yasal saklama yükümlülükleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla 90 gün içinde silinir.

We respond within 30 days and confirm the outcome in writing. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting.
To stop receiving WhatsApp messages from a hotel, reply "STOP" in the conversation. To have the message history itself deleted, follow the request process above.
For guest data relating to a stay, the hotel is the data controller. APPOSIA TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş. only hosts that data as a processor on the hotel's behalf. We therefore forward your request to the relevant hotel and act on their instruction. You may also contact the hotel directly.
The following records must be retained until their statutory retention period expires:

Once those periods expire, the records are deleted or anonymised automatically.
To close a Roomnix subscription and hotel account, the account administrator should write to support@roomnix.com. After closure, data is deleted within 90 days, subject to the statutory retention obligations above.
